Refund and Cancellation Policy

Educational demo store

ShopYayashi.com is currently an educational demonstration storefront and is not intended to fulfill real customer orders. Products, prices, reviews labeled “Demo,” checkout flows, and order examples may be used for training.

Test or demonstration transactions

If you submit a test order or demonstration payment, email support@ShopYayashi.com as soon as possible with the order number. We will review the transaction and, where a charge has actually settled, arrange cancellation or refund to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider.

No product returns are currently accepted

Because the demonstration store is not currently shipping merchandise, there is no live merchandise-return program. Do not mail products to any address shown in product or supplier documents.

Before commercial launch

This policy will be replaced before the store begins accepting and fulfilling commercial orders. The future policy will state the return window, product-condition requirements, exclusions, return address, shipping-cost responsibility, and refund timing.
